Decision & Implementation Process

1
Define the Business Model

What services are actually provided, where are the clients, and where does the team work?

2
Assess Eligibility

Do the services qualify under the IC list or meet VZP requirements? Can the two years of IC experience be evidenced?

3
Structure the Company

Define shareholders, management, articles, share classes, and representation arrangements.

4
Register the LLC

Complete registration, set up Revenue Service access, and arrange a business address.

5
Build Substance & Evidence

Hire staff, submit payroll and pension filings, document contracts, and arrange premises if required.

6
Apply for Special Status

Compile and submit the application, handle queries, and accompany the Revenue Service interview.

7
Ongoing Compliance

Monitor bookkeeping, tax and payroll filings, and the continued fulfilment of status conditions.
